Justice for All / Prosecutorial Misconduct

Our justice system needs some serious overhaul, in light of the several wrongful imprisonment cases. Many of these cases are due to prosecutorial misconduct. I think that a law needs to be passed that says when a prosecutor gets caught tampering with evidence, withholding exculpatory evidence or otherwise perverting our system of justice - he loses his lisence to practice law and the person being prosecuted should be released from his sentence and the prosecutor should be made to complete the sentence that was handed out as a result of the prosecutors misconduct. If the innocent person received a death sentence - then the prosecutor should be put on death row until his number comes up. If the person received ten years, then the prosecutor should have to complete the persons time. THAT is justice and That is what will prevent so many people from being wrongly imprisoned in this country.
